Good overview.

This is the heaviest law book I have had, but I like the way it groups cases and subjects. I recommend getting it unbound and only taking what sections you need to class or the library or whatever. I have not seen the previous editions, but from looking at my professor's past class notes (from when he assigned the earlier editions) this is a significant change. Many major cases have been relegated to the notes, and I assume taken out all together. Very extensive notes after the cases. My professor loves the notes.
